1. Acceptance of Terms

BeaSaltFish is a trade name used by an independent sole proprietor, not an incorporated company. References to “we,” “our,” or “us” in these terms refer to that individual.

By accessing and using BeaSaltFish products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use BeaSaltFish products for their intended purposes, including personal and commercial use as permitted by each individual product’s terms. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

This license shall not allow you to:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Redistribute or resell access to BeaSaltFish products without authorization
• Use BeaSaltFish products in any manner that violates applicable law

3. Disclaimer

The materials on BeaSaltFish’s products are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. BeaSaltFish makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall BeaSaltFish be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BeaSaltFish products.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain BeaSaltFish products require payment for access. All transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.

By purchasing a subscription or credit package, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and may vary by product.

6. Revisions

BeaSaltFish may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our products, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
